Infinity Penthouse Deck
6147 is the aft, portside Penthouse Suite

This is the foyer as you enter the suite.

The dining area seats 8. You can see the computerized baby grand behind the last seat on your left.
On your right, just behind the sideboard, is the door to the adjoining Sky Suite.

Brunch with our friends from the Captain's Table

The living area has a sofa and a loveseat / two armchairs pushed together.
The TV is off to the left, and the door to the balcony is at the left of the photo.
You get a lot of "perqs" with the Suite, some of which are on the table.

This photo captures the dining area. The entry foyer is off to your right.
The door to the adjoining Sky Suite 6145 is on the back wall between the topiary and the sideboard.
The baby grand is under the window in the back left.

I called this the "back hallway".
This is taken from the entry to the master bedroom.
The door ahead is the service door to the rear corridor of the ship.
The Butler's Kitchen (for the suite) is at the back right.
There's more closet space here too.

In case you run out of food on the cruise, there's a Butler's Kitchen with a full-sized fridge.
It's stocked with sodas.

Another large TV here.
I guess this is a good time to mention that the art in the Penthouse Suite is original.
... and glued down.

Standing at the door to the bedroom. Ahead is another closet.
To the left is the bathroom.

I thought this was really over the top. The bath is bigger than most cabins on board.
(Next time, I'll take pictures before we unpack.)

Ultra-sophisticated jetted tub ahead, with window overlooking the rear deck.
Motorized blinds.
The WC and bidet are in a separate room at the left foreground.
The separate shower is at the left just past the heated towel bar.

The ultra-sophisticated jetted tub. The control panel is by the window.
There is a TV here too (not shown).
I was sitting here having a soak in Skagway, when I realized
that another ship had pulled up to us, nose to stern.
I hope they weren't too scarred.
PICT0321

PICT0322

This is arguably the most deck-adent feature of the suite. This deck takes up half of the stern.
At the right you see part of the wet bar. Off the picture on the right is the door to the master bath.
The window with the shades down is the master bath. Then you have the door to the living room.
There is a bike and a treadmill. Both have been exposed to salt air and are a bit quirky.
Beyond that is more seating, and the arm of the deck that extends along the portside of the ship.
Just behind the umbrella at the back left, the wood half-wall hides a staircase which is the emergency
exit from the portside stern of the main dining room.
(Some rude passengers apparently bribed a busboy to sneak them up here during the glacier observation.)
Busboy got fired. Hope you had a nice vacation.

It is not the most private place, especially when another ship is pulled up to the stern.
